Invited by the Pole Véhicule du Futur to the National Automotive Days on Monday December 2nd 2019, at the Economy and Finance Ministry, MAHYTEC was able to present its know-how in this sector.
The objective of the day: share concrete elements to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing automotive industry.
We were able to discuss the potential of hydrogen for the mobility of tomorrow.
MAHYTEC is not currently positioned in the light mobility sector but is interested in the issues of heavy mobility, particularly through the development of our tank 500bar TPED. This tank can be certified for embedded applications at 350 or 700bar in trains, buses, trucks, boats, etc.
This same tank can also be integrated in filling stations.
Lastly, MAHYTEC has developed small vehicles for specific applications (education, LaPoste). Hydrogen storage is done via low pressure metal hydride tanks (photo below).
